I designed and illustrated over 500 trading cards featuring athletes, teams, and game moments for multiple professional sports organizations including NHL, NBA, PGA/LPGA, CHL, AHL, PWHL, UFL, AEW, PFL, tennis, and volleyball. Originating from a brief, I interpreted each concept with a unique design solution combining league-approved photos, logos and wordmarks, and original and stock imagery using Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. These collective projects showcase a deep specialization in complex print production, utilizing templates, die lines, bleeds, trapping, imposition, Pantone/PMS and CMYK color matching, opaque layers, decorative foils, lenticular and motion coatings, die cuts, mixed substrates, and trapped memorabilia inlays. Additionally, I authored mechanical specifications for each card build, translating designs into precise print instructions for prepress.
